What is a Content Management System (CMS)?

A CMS is a system lets you edit your own website content after we have designed the website for you. After training you will be able to edit and add to the content of the site - without disrupting the look, feel and navigation etc.

Our Content Management System allows you plenty of “Room to Grow” from our Level One - 5 page £750 site. With addititional one to one training you can begin to see the potential that can be unlocked for a feature rich stunning website,

You do not need a lot of specialist knowledge or skills. If you can work with business documents and emails, then you will be definitely happy using our online editing system.

Choosing the right place to start

If your website is starting from scratch you may wish to begin with our “Room to Grow” Level One solution starting with 5 pages.  
We are also able to convert content from existing websites, by starting with our “Room to Grow” Level Three or Four, it will give you the freedom to alter and control the content of your website. We are always able to advise on where to start please call us on

Room to Grow your website

If you are starting with our ”Room to Grow” Level One website package you may decide you do not need to change anything or you may not have time at present, your website will have been designed to say what you need within 5 pages.

However, should you like to grow your site, adding more pages, galleries plus much more, our system is designed to expand while meeting your budget, so coming to us six months or a year later to start the additional training or to add 5 new pages, will allow you to begin to see the websites fuller potential.

If you find your time is short we can write articles and add them to your site at any time.

Once your website is underway and you have been adding and editing content for a while, you may feel the need for additional functions and features, once again we offer extensive training to give you “Room to Grow” your website.

A popular function  is to connect your website to the social networking sites. You may wish to have comments from your readers - vetted of course! Or you may want to add a blog to keep up a dialogue about your business, as a particular feature of your site.

We can add a secure document facility where registered users can have access to download or read exclusive information. You may wish to charge for this or other services that you offer. A payment facility can be installed at any point. Talk to us about your full range of possibilites.

How do you train me?

Our training begins when you are ready. Our “Room to Grow” Level One can be added to at any time. By arranging a  2 hour training session you can begin to be involved with updating your website, this could be six months or year after you have started or even longer.

With our Level Two package, the training starts once the 10 pages have been designed, handing the site over, usually on your computer. The training is designed to easily familliarise you with all aspects of your website. Starting by preparing text and photos and how to place them on the site. You will learn how to manage the content that is already there.

Our training usually consists of 2 hour sessions, allowing you plenty of practice between them.  We offer telephone support while you put into practise what your have learnt. Further support is available in 2 hour blocks as required, and after the first year further support is available as required.

Our commintment exends after your training

Our commitment extends whilst your website continues to grow. Our existing clients talk with us on a regular basis as they have new areas they are developing or when their time is limited we can take over the updating of websites as a one off service or on a regular basis. We offer a full content authoring and provisioning service with which we would be able to offer regular updates and editorial management. This is a service offered and priced on an individually quoted basis.
